Hello and welcome to our restaurant

 

Our wish is to make your visit with us a feast for both your eyes and tastebuds. Here at Haparanda Stadshotell we pride ourselves by using only fresh and local produce as far as possible.

 

To be able to do this we adjust the produce that we use to follow the chaning seasons.

 

We preserve the quality of our produce and make good use of it by carefully handling it. Frying temeratures, poaching and simmering is adjusted to deliver meat, fish and vegetables tender, fresh and crispy to your table with the utmost tender, love and care, adding flavor with tradition and accuracy. All our food is made from scratch without adding any unnecessary additives.

 

Our head chef Rickard and his team of chefs works to bring you a beautiful harmony of tastes, quality as well as a feast for the eyes.

 

Our restaurant manager Anna and her team of waiters providing a nice atomsphere, environment and good service.
