Housekeeping

As a room attendant at Haparanda Stadshotell, you play a vital role in creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests. Your work is an essential part of the overall guest experience — you ensure that every hotel room is spotless, well-organized, and ready to welcome the next guest with warmth and comfort.

Your responsibilities include:

• Daily cleaning of hotel rooms and bathrooms according to our quality standards
• Replenishing supplies such as towels, toiletries, and other amenities
• Reporting any damages or maintenance needs
• Collaborating with the front desk and other departments to ensure smooth operations
•  Contributing to a positive work environment and strong team spirit
• The role may be combined with breakfast host duties

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has an eye for detail and a natural sense of cleanliness and order
• Is self-motivated, efficient, and enjoys physical work
• Has a friendly attitude and understands the importance of discretion
• Can communicate in Swedish (English is a plus)
• Is flexible and available to work weekdays and weekends
