Housekeeping

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Haparanda Stadshotell, you play a key role in creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests. Your work is an essential part of the overall guest experience — you ensure that every room is spotless, well‑organized, and ready to welcome the next guest with comfort and warmth.

Your responsibilities include:

• Daily cleaning of hotel rooms and bathrooms according to our quality standards
• Restocking amenities such as towels, hygiene products, and other supplies
• Reporting any damages or maintenance needs
• Collaborating with the reception and other departments to ensure smooth routines
• Contributing to a positive work environment and strong team cooperation
• The role may be combined with breakfast host duties

Haparanda Stadshotell welcomes guests from all over the world who come to experience our unique and exotic destination in Swedish Lapland. Daily communication in English is a natural part of the role. Additional language skills — such as Italian or other international languages — are considered a merit and highly appreciated in guest interactions.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has an eye for detail and a natural sense of order and cleanliness
• Is independent, efficient, and enjoys physical work
• Has a friendly and professional attitude and understands the importance of discretion
• Can communicate in Swedish (English is an advantage)
• Is flexible and able to work both weekdays and weekends
