About the Position:

We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Restaurant Servers and Bartenders to join our team. At Haparanda Stadshotell, you will work in a unique atmosphere where authentic hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. Your role is to create memorable experiences for our guests — whether it’s a dinner in our renowned restaurant or a drink served in our elegant bar.

Your responsibilities include:

• Serving food and beverages
• Providing professional and welcoming guest service
• Creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere
• Bar service and drink preparation (for bartender roles)
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure quality and efficiency

Haparanda Stadshotell welcomes guests from all over the world who come to experience our unique and exotic destination in Swedish Lapland. Daily communication in English is a natural part of the role. Additional language skills — such as Italian or other international languages — are considered a merit and highly appreciated in guest interactions.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in restaurant service or bar work (meritorious but not required)
• Is positive, attentive, and has a strong sense of service
• Enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a team
• Can work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Speaks Swedish and English (additional languages are an advantage)
